Christian's professional journey began in Madison, where he pursued Business Administration. His dedication and drive for success led him to Charter Communications, where he started as a repair tech. In just six years, he climbed the corporate ladder to become the Director of Operations for Southern Wisconsin, overseeing a team of 300+ technicians, 3 Managers, and 12 supervisors.

In 2016, Christian transitioned to CDW as a Managed Services IT Project Manager, one of only six PMs in the world for ManS implementations. His role included providing global-scale management for notable companies like AWS Cloud Services, Ulta Beauty Salon, and Buffalo Wild Wings in 10 countries.

In 2018, Christian made the move to Florida to work remotely for CDW, where he continued to excel in his role. In 2021, he made an exciting career shift by joining his fiancée, Maggie, in the world of real estate with The Millslagle Group.

Outside of his professional achievements, Christian is a family man with a diverse range of interests. He's a car enthusiast, avid boater, motocross enthusiast, golf aficionado, skiing enthusiast, fitness enthusiast, and enjoys activities like pool, darts, and hunting. His love for the outdoors and zest for life make him a dynamic and approachable real estate partner.
